ProjectLDN: FUNDING CLINICAL TRIALS is the theme of the 5th Annual LDN Conference, scheduled for Monday, October 19, 2009
at the Lister Hill Auditorium in the National Library of Science.
The conference will feature distinguished speakers to include Dr. Bert Berkson, Dr. Skip Lenz, author Mary Boyle Bradley,
as well as others soon to be announced.
Those planning to attend the conference are requested to make a donation of $50.00 per attendee (or more, if possible) to
the Ojai Foundation Africa Fund in support of Dr. Jaquelyn McCandless' LDN clinical trial for HIV/AIDS. A goal of $60,000
must be reached in order to complete the trial, so please give generously.

At this time, the conference agenda is being developed.
The conference is scheduled to begin at 9:00 a.m. and finish at 3:00 p.m. A complimentary breakfast and lunch will be
served. There will be a reception either the evening before the conference or immediately following the conference.

The Marriott Residence Inn in Bethesda is the closest hotel to NIH (just two miles away) and the hotel operates a
complimentary shuttle to and from NIH. A block of rooms are available to conference attendees for the nights of October
18th and 19th at the rate of $229.00 plus 13% state and local taxes. Room Rate includes breakfast for up to 2 people per
room. On-site parking is $18 daily.
